  • Prefers a structured or unstructured environment?
  • Oriented towards people or takes an analytical approach?

Temperament is a long-standing pattern that determines how we go about doing our jobs. Think about the behavioural differences between your top salesperson and your top engineer. Think about their competitive nature, their people orientation, their independence and their attention to detail.
